He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert Waetzig and Lola Hill Waetzig; his wife Susan Wideau; his children, Wendee Wallace (Lonnie) and Bryan Waetzig (Terry); and his grandchildren, Daniel Waetzig (Lexi), Emily Nonnan (Taelor), Erin Neugebauer, Shelby Waetzig, Ben Barnes (Megan), Nate Barnes (Krystal) and Megan Caldwell (Ryan).
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the Parker-Price and Davidson Cremation and Funeral Services (245 NW Independence Ave, Topeka, KS 66608).
