We are sad to announce that on February 2, 2022, at the age of 82, Harold L. Merritt (Topeka, Kansas), born in Washington, Kansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Noah Merritt and Jessie McClaughry Merritt; and his brothers, Charles, George and Myrl.
He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Laird; his daughters, Connie Jackson (David) of Glendale, AZ and Jodi Barnes (Ron); his siblings, Richard Merritt and Carolyn Pruser of Champaign, IL; his grandchildren, Ashley, Felicia and Victor; and his great grandchildren, Lilly, Laura, Samantha and Zoey. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
