He is survived by: his children, Joseph Halstead of Topeka and Ashley Halstead (Tison) of Topeka; and his grandchildren, David, Trenton, Cierra, Zachary, Jacobe, Luis, Analicia, Tila, TiGianna, Tomasa, Teresa, Adela, Jose and Erek. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
