He was predeceased by: his mother Vicki Lee; and his brothers, Bob and Karl Lee. He is survived by: his wife Kristy Green; his family, Mary Beth Shoemaker (Ethan), Luke Shoemaker, John Shoemaker (Kelli), Todd, Erin Shuford, Colton, Tyler, Harley (Hailey), Emily, Amy, Jeff Teply, Emma, Ava, Stephanie Meyer (Travis), Kolton, Brylie, Grayson and Landon; his siblings, Maggie Reinhardt (Gregg) and Jim Lee (Sheri); his mother-in-law Lorraine Green; and his siblings-in-law, Penny Lister (Larry) and Robin Green (Kayla). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are requested to Helping Hands Humane Society or the House at Midland Care and sent in care of the funeral home.
