She was predeceased by: her parents, John, Sr. Burge and Pauline Burge (Thompson); her son Carl Burge; and her husbands, Jack Perry, Sr., Red Cook and Alejandro Vasquez (Alex).

She is survived by: her children, Pamela Perry, Jack and Scott Perry; and her brothers, John Burge and Paul Burge. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and extended family.
