He is survived by: his children, Michael Ortiz (Susan), Ken Waller (JoAnn), Anita Pope and Leslie Pagan (Davis); and his siblings, Bennie Ortiz, Monica Rodriguez, Natalie Rodriguez and Isabel Validivia. He is also survived by four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
