It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Godfrey Bulger (Topeka, Kansas), born in Overland Park, Kansas, who passed away on October 1, 2018, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Leo Bulger and Mary Bulger (Coash); his children, Rene and Brent Bulger of Topeka; and his sisters, Anita Minshew, Shawnee Hallovant and Juanita Hallovant.
