He was predeceased by: his siblings, Ruth Lohmeyer, Hulda Ohlde, Norbert Laue and Harold Laue. He is survived by: his parents, George Laue and Anna True Laue; his wife Mary Lou; his children, Gerri Holstine (Jed) and Sherry Van Hoecke (Dan); his grandchildren, Megan Newberry, Jennifer Daugherty (Patrick), Ian Mills (Angie) and Jamie Holstine; his stepgrandchildren, Dani Jo Butz (Tom) and Jeani Van Hoecke; and his great grandchildren, Isaac Kibbe, Tripp Daugherty and Noah Butz. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
