He was predeceased by: his parents, George Wade and Margaret Wade (Clarke); his wife Cecelia Marie O'Bryan; and his siblings, Carol Wade, David Wade and Wayne Wade.
He is survived by: his daughters, Cindy Wade of Clovis, NM, Kathleen R. Wade of Topeka, Jennifer Lynne Abeyta of Denver and Edyth Ellene Williams of Topeka; and his sisters, Diane Jones (Tom) and Margaret Wade.
