He is survived by: his siblings, Deb Scheibmeir of Iola, Bernard Ruckman (Sandy) of Jacksonville and Bob Ruckman (Cyndi) of Le Roy, Kansas; and his stepdaughters, Kelly Irwin, Deborah Irwin of Topeka and Angel Day of Rossville, Kansas. He is also survived by 12 step-grandchildren; and 19 step-great-grandchildren.
Memorials are suggested to Allen County Animal Rescue Facility (ACARF) and may be left with the funeral home.
