It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frank L. Shumway of Topeka, Kansas, who passed away on November 8, 2023, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Claude Shumway and Violet Shumway; his siblings, Renne Shumway (Rhonda), Russell Shumway, Judy Womack and Joy Porubsky (Charlie); his children, Jeremy Shumway, Justin Shumway and Melissa Shumway; and his sisters, Caroll Bittinger and Shirley McClingtock. He was also cherished by his grandchildren, and great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
