He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank and Margaret Bailey, Sr. (Collins); his wife Cleta McNinch; and his brother Elmer Bailey. He is survived by: his children, Steve Bailey (Rene) of Burlingame and Nancy Adams (Pete) of Topeka; and his brother Kenneth Bailey of Bethel, Ohio. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren.
