It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Ridley (Topeka, Kansas), born in Osage City, Kansas, who passed away on December 18, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Kingsley R. Frey and Regina Frey (Grant); her husband Richard D. Ridley Sr.; and her siblings, Kingsley R. Frey Jr., Edward C. Frey and Marie Bradley (Frey).
She is survived by: her children, Richard D. Ridley II (Terri), Robert G. Ridley (Cherie) and Teresa Ridley-Wellington (Daniel); her sisters, Marjorie Goodwin (Alfred) and Kathy Moore (Bill); her grandchildren, Erica Bell (Carl), Leah Riley (Michael) and Brandon Ridley; and her great grandchildren, Carter Bell, Camryn Bell, Grayson Riley, Alexander Riley and Hayden Riley. She is also survived by cousins, nephews, nieces, and friends.
She was employed by the Menninger Foundation for 33 years.
