She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Frank Classen and Helen Classen; her husband James Moore; her children, Kimberly Suzanne of McKinney and Brian James of Topeka; her siblings, Ralph Classen of Meade, Barbara Buschert of Springfield, Lorene Jones-Henderson of Roland and Marcella Stoll of Liberal, Kansas.; and her caregiver Jim.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions be made to the Topeka Rescue Mission or to Cornerstone Community Church of Topeka, and sent in care of Kevin Brennan Family Funeral Home, 2801 SW Urish Road, Topeka KS 66614.

“I met Fran and Jim when i visited my sister and her family, their neighbor. Fran has great sense of humor. She lights up the party. She is affectionate, fun, creative and generous The hand made cards that she blessed us with were so beautiful. We will miss her laughter, warmth and humor here on earth but i am sure she will not miss a beat being in the presence of our Lord Jesus.. Jim, take good care of yourself - Fran would very much like that :) Grief with hope knowing we will see her again.”
