He was predeceased by: his parents, Ebaristo Noriega and Lucille Juarez Noriega; and his brother Paule Noriega. He is survived by: his wife Beth Noriega; his children, Anna Noriega, Noah Noriega, Victoria Noriega-Reyes (Luis), Chad Noriega, Elizabeth Espinoza (Eli), Carla Noriega, Lance Noriega (Kelli), Chyenne Noriega (Jeff), Dakota Noriega and Naythan Noriega (Julia); and his siblings, Delmont Noriega (Virginia), George Noriega, Nina Guerrero (Jimmy), Cindy Marie Bermudez (Joe), Patrick Noriega (Tasha), Patricia Anguiano and Delores Rodriguez (Hector). He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Brennan Mathena Funeral Home (800 SW 6th Ave, Topeka, KS 66603).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Brennan-Mathena Funeral Home, 800 S.W. 6th Ave, Topeka, KS 66603 to assist with expenses.
