He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Everett H. Cook and Eva L. Newell Cook; his wife Alice Ruth Hodgson of Topeka; his son Kevin D. Cook (Karen); his grandchildren, Ethan and Erin of Flower Mound, Texas; his daughter Tracey D. Cook; his grandson Justin Moore of Topeka; and his sister Marjorie Lee Cook Sasnett of Waxhaw, NC.
