He is survived by: his pet Max; and his siblings, Ed (Pam) of Poinciana, FL, John (Cindy) of The Woodlands, TX, Blaine (Jan) of McPherson, KS and Cassie Nuckols (Tom) of Plainville. He is also survived by 5 nephews, 6 nieces, 9 great-nieces and nephews, his family, his church family, his classmates, and many friends.
