She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Theron Rutledge and Mae Rutledge (Hugel); her husband Howard A. Brokmann; her daughters, ReGina F. Brokmann of Topeka and Sandra L. Brokmann of Topeka; and her siblings, Philip D. Rutledge of Gresham, OR, Richard T. Rutledge of Portland, OR, Thelma J. Winkler of Portland, OR, Louise C. Von Bergen of Sandy, OR, Evelyn C. Campbell of Portland, OR and Doris I. Curd of Snohomish, WA. She was also cherished by six grandchildren and several great and great-great grandchildren.
