With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Eddie E. Howerton of Topeka, Kansas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 2, 2025 at the age of 88. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Eddie E. Howerton to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Howerton and Goldie Howerton (Hayes); his spouse Jan Ellis Howerton; his children, Robert, Ed Renee and Brenda; and his granddaughter Brandy Drescher.
He is survived by: his daughter Debbie Mumert (Will) of Topeka; his grandchildren, Jennifer Luck (Walker) of Topeka, Michelle Hutchinson (Scott) of Wellsville and Jackie Pido; his stepdaughters, Terry and Tracy; his siblings, Bill Howerton of Topeka and Violet Williams of Mobile, Alabama.; and his pet Gracie. He is also survived by six great grandchildren; five great-great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Parker-Price and Davidson Cremation and Funeral Services (245 NW Independence Ave, Topeka, KS 66608). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
