She is survived by: her son Kit of Topeka; her brother Lanny Tate of Lawrence; and her granddaughters, Misty Stofer (Eric) of Lawrence, Leslee Kennedy of Topeka, Emily Brewer (Jordan) and Elizabeth Kennedy of Kansas City. She is also survived by three great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
