Duane D. Benton Obituary

We are sad to announce that on June 3, 2023, at the age of 93, Duane D. Benton of Topeka, Kansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Benton and Mildred Benton (Dinkle); his wife Phyllis Mathews; and his brother Frank. He is survived by: his children, Darrell Benton (Jude) of Topeka, Dwight Benton of Meriden and Janet Benton of Houston; his grandchildren, David, Darren (Cassie), Melanie, Amber, Dustin, Jessica (Kevin) and Jackie (Jason); and his siblings, Charlie Benton and Ed Benton. He is also survived by twenty-two great-grandchildren, three great-great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the organization of the donor's choice.
