She was predeceased by: her parents, William Spiker and Mary Grace Chase Spiker; her husband Jim Smith; and her siblings, Bob Spiker, Loretta Rice and Bill Spiker.
She is survived by: her sons, Don (Becky) and Dennis (Coleen). She is also survived by three grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Homestead of Eudora, Town and Country Christian Church, or Good Shepherd Hospice, and sent in care of the funeral home.
