It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Frager of Topeka, Kansas, born in Fort Worth, Texas, who passed away on October 24, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Scott Daly and Craig Daly (Reavis); and her husband Stuart M. Frager. She is survived by: her sons, William Scott Frager and James Craig Frager.
