It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Dora Ellen Arb of Topeka, Kansas, born in Lyndon, Kansas, who passed away on February 26, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Manning and Ina Manning (Haslett); her husband Lester Arb; her siblings, Nelson Manning and Margaret Jeffrey; and her stepmother Irene Manning (Campbell).
She is survived by: her children, Diana Klumpe (Leo) of Topeka, Larry Arb (Kathy) of Osage City and Debbie Miller (Jim) of Daisetta, Texas; her siblings, Carl Manning (Charlotte) of Lyndon and Sharon Cowan (Russell) of Osage City; and her stepsister Sally Smothers of Georgia. She is also survived by two granddaughters, one step granddaughter and seven great-grandchildren.
