He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Hoffman and Marguerite Kane Hoffman; his son Adam Hoffman (Wendy); and his brothers, Bill, Dick, Phil Hoffman and Troy Broxterman.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his daughter Brooke Longstaff (Chad); his grandchildren, Benjamin, Amanda, Amber, Cole, Morgan, Sheay, Keely, Jakiya and Peyton; his great grandchildren, Reece and Everli; and his sisters-in-law, Bobbie Hoffman and Georgia Hoffman.
