It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald E. Carter (Topeka, Kansas), who passed away on September 20, 2018, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his siblings, Ralph Carter, Jody Carter, Charles Carter, Marjorie Dillon, Eva Adrnold, Frances Taylor, Ruth Gleason and Edith Sylvies.
He is survived by: his parents, Joseph Carter and Sigrid Johnson Carter; his spouse Lucille Siegle; his daughters, Linda Weibel (Daryl) of Topeka, Pam Tatum of Lenexa and Roxie Russell (Bill) of Topeka; his sister Genevieve Woodbury of Topeka; his granddaughters, Kim Bush (Shawn), Kristi Weibel (Scott), Jennifer Tatum, April Meyer (Chris), Lindy Russell and Kelli Tatum; his great grandchildren, Chandler, Chase, Carson, McKenna, Isabella, Kaylee, Rylee and Lincoln; and his siblings-in-law, Mervin "Joke" Dillon, Mary Lou Stickney and Diana Siegel. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
