It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Della Marie Preston (Topeka, Kansas), born in Lawrence, Kansas, who passed away on September 5, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Herrick and Lilly Jane Herrick (Howell); her children, Candy Sue, Jerry, Timothy, Janice and Donald Jr.; her grandchildren, Samantha, Savannah and Shelby; her great grandchild Noah; and her siblings, John Herrick Jr., Katherine Grham and Mary Hittle.
She is survived by: her former husband Donald G. Williams; her husband Jerry Preston; her children, John Williams, Michael Williams, Linda Williams, Tom Williams and Lisa Shoffner; her stepdaughter Carea Kuhn; and her siblings, Henry Herrick, Nancy Simpson and Margaret Watts. She is also survived by 50 grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
