We are sad to announce that on June 5, 2024, at the age of 70, Debra Irene Ketron of Topeka, Kansas, born in Great Bend, Kansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Keith D. Richmond and Virginia M. Richmond (Burhenn); her former husband Charles L. Elliott; and her brothers, Kevin and Floyd Richmond.
She is survived by: her children, Candi Hegemann (Chris) of Topeka, KS and Charles Lee Elliott, II (Jennifer) of Holton, KS; her siblings, Cindy Sarver (Todd) of Ottawa, KS, Becky Rossman (Ron) of Ottawa, KS and Charles Richmond of Ottawa, KS; and her grandchildren, Shandra, Morgan, Emily, Colby, Hanna, Mariah, Colton, Brock, Kayden and Ashton. She is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.
