He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Albert Lewis and Faye Baker Lewis; his children, Michelle Koelling (Duke), Janet Lewis and Mark Lewis (Amy); his grandchildren, Gunner, Hunter, Dallas Koelling, Karli Ludolph (Austin), Tyler Lemon, Austin and Madison Lewis; his great grandchildren, Avery Ludolph and Gabriella Lewis; his close friend Cheryl Logan; and also Elizabeth Johnson (Andrew).
