He was predeceased by: his parents, David Finnegan and Mary O'Donnell Finnegan. He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou; his children, David Finnegan (Kelli) and Michelle Finnegan; and his grandchildren, Ryan and Kaitlin Finnegan.
