He is survived by: his parents, Dallas Sneed and Thelma Howington Manning; his children, Angela Cole, Sherry Williams of Hillsville, John Manning of Cana, Virginia Johnson and Dana Loflin Johnson of Salisbury; and his siblings, Darlene Oldham of Belton, Dotsie Dawson of Temple, Delmer Sneed of Belton, Darlo Sneed of Padre Island, Garnett Jarell (Joni) and Darlene Burnett of Welcome. He is also survived by many grandchildren and other family and friend.
