He is survived by: his spouse Mary Olivarez; his grandchildren, Lori Warden (Bryan), Michelle Hafferman (Patrick) and Danielle Anguish (Jim); his nephew Manuel R. Perez (Cyndi); and his niece Helen Florez (Henry).
