She is survived by: her children, Max Mendoza, Jr. (Stephanie), Mark Mendoza and Regina Mendoza; her grandchildren, Shawna Herwick (Caleb), Melodi Wheeler, Gabrielle Mendoza and Andrew "AJ" Vargas; her great grandchild Alaiya Vargas; and her siblings, Jessie Ramirez, Jr. (Martha), Mike Ramirez (Anita), Richard Ramirez (Pam), Gilbert Ramirez, Clara Bucia and Carol Laughead (Ted).
