He was predeceased by: his parents, George Diehl and Fern Diehl (Erwin). He is survived by: his wife Ardis Ann (McCreight); his children, Leslie, Michael, Ann, Tod, Tamara, Tondra, Sherri and Darren; his grandchildren, Jared, Emily, John, Joel and Candace; and his siblings, Glen Diehl of Madison, Alabama, Vera Frazier of Topeka and Lola Hunter of Topeka.
