She was predeceased by: her son Daniel Barney; her husband Henry Barney; and her parents, Paul Novak and Dorothy Novak (Pfaff). She is survived by: her sons, Michael Barney and Lewis Barney; her sister Connie Haid; and her nieces, Christy and Jennifer.
Cindy made significant contributions to her community through her dedicated career in the Human Resource Department at Colmery-O'Neil Veterans' Administration Medical Center, where she served with commitment and compassion.
