He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank J. Mason and Lena Harwell Mason; his wife Patty M. Davis; and his siblings, Frank Mason, Jr. and Joyce Marie Mason Smith.
He is survived by: his children, Scott Mason of New York City and Kelly of Topeka; his grandchildren, Desaray Morton and Tyler Lewis; and his great great grandchildren, Kierra, Santana and Malyiah.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Mount Hope Cemetery (4700 SW 17th St, Topeka, KS 66604).
