It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cecilie Loy Wilson of Topeka, Kansas, who passed away on April 27, 2024, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Butcher and Ophelia Butcher; her husband Arthur J. Wilson; her brother Col. Donald Bass; and her sister-in-law Marcella Bass.
She is survived by: her sons, Troy (Stephanie) of Overland Park, KS, Kyle (La'Keysha) of Topeka, KS and Derick (Katie) of Burlingame, KS.; and her grandchildren, Troy, Jalen, Sydney, Jevhyn, Jamon and Janea Johnson. She is also survived by her family and friends.
