She was predeceased by: her son-in-law John "Jack" Diemer; her siblings, Margaret "Muggs" Simard (Ernie), Carolyn Reeck (Warren) and Dave Thomas; and her siblings-in-law, John Hayen and Marilyn Geis (Robert).
She is survived by: her husband Leon Hayen of Topeka; her children, Robert Hayen (Sheila) of Yukon, OK, Marlene O'Neal (Dave) of Manhattan, KS, Scott Hayen (Kelley Jo) of Topeka and Janet Diemer of Overland Park, KS; her brother Jim Thomas; and her siblings-in-law, Virginia Downing, Carmen Parrack and Max Hayen of Marion, Kansas.. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to Elara Hospice or the Arbor Court Retirement Community and sent in care of the Davidson Funeral Home.
