Carol Ann Handshy Obituary

We are sad to announce that on March 23, 2022, at the age of 75, Carol Ann Handshy of Topeka, Kansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Inocencio "Ivan" Sapata and Tomasa Sapata (Martin); and her granddaughter Gabrielle Boyer. She is survived by: her husband Mark Handshy; her children, Michael T. Ybarra (Phyllis Ruiz), Kim Ybarra and Michelle Boyer (David); her grandchildren, Madison, Allison, Isabelle Boyer, Analeena Alvarado and Joshua Ybarra; her stepgrandchildren, Connor, Derrick, Zachary Hammerschmidt, Liam Smith and Lila Lerner; and her siblings, Joseph Sapata, Sally Sapata, Cindy Boland, Debbie DeForest and Lisa Sapata.
