She is survived by: her sons, Jayme (April) and Damon Turkin (Ashly); her grandchildren, Trenton V, Cheyenne M, Daylon J and Daymian A Turkin; and her sister Brenda Lyden (Rick Turkin).

A funeral service was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Penwell Gabel Funeral Home (1321 SW 10th Ave, Topeka, KS 66604). A graveside service was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Rochester Cemetery (1200 NW Menninger Rd, Topeka, KS 66618).
