She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Palmer and Hannah Corson Palmer; her son Daniel Wiggs; and her siblings, Howard "Putt" Palmer, Jr. and MaryLou Stump (Russ).
She is survived by: her husband Alan Wiggs; her daughter Joy Bailes (Jacin); her daughter-in-law Amy Wiggs; her grandchildren, Ronin, Kolsen Wiggs, Jacob, Jonathan and Joshua Bailes; and her siblings, Mayhugh Tees (Michael), Thomas Palmer (Karyl) and William Palmer (Nina). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
