He is survived by: his sister Ernestine Gracy (Higgins); his significant other Rita Grace Higgins (Quinlan); his sons, Billy Joe, Robert Ray, Donald Allen, James Arthur and Gerald Lee; his daughters-in-law, Angi, Annie and Yvonne; and his grandsons, B. J. and Chance (family: Glen, Glenda Nix).
