He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Billie T. Smith and Frances Minnie Smith (Snyder); his former wife Ramona Gragg; his son Phillip Smith; his brother Frank Smith; his wife Ramona Smith of Topeka; his children, Bradford G. Smith of Topeka, Jacob W. Rose of Topeka, Alexander L. Smith of Topeka, Ashley E. Rishel (Mike) of Topeka and Rachel J. Smith of Topeka; and his siblings, Thomas P. Smith of Topeka, Daniel W. Smith of Topeka, Linda Kundinger of Saginaw and Diana Hewitt of Topeka. He was also cherished by seven grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
