He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Heath and Hazel Heath (Hamlin). He is survived by: his wife Rose Ann O'Connor of Stockton, Missouri.; his caregiver Rose Ann; his daughters, Teresa Warner (John) of Topeka and Lisa Burgoon (Gene) of Topeka; his grandchildren, JT Warner of Topeka, Ben Warner (Staci) of Topeka, Carrie Deghand (Lane) of Topeka and Kyle Burgoon (Courtney) of Ellis; his great grandchildren, Ethan, Gavin, Logan and Sadie; his pets, Molly, Jack and Jill; and his sister Jimmie Kay Rone (Steve) of Stockton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Southeast Chapel (2843 SE Minnesota Ave, Topeka, KS 66605).
