She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, William Davis and Helma Davis (Tobiason); her husband John C. Evans Sr.; her children, Larry Ballard (Wendy) of Prineville, OR, Carol Johnson (Bradley) of Prineville, OR and David Ballard (Denise) of Waxachie, TX.; and her siblings, Morris Davis (Sandy), Sharon Holman (Larry) and Judy Smith (Charles).
