Beverly J. Branson Obituary
With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Beverly J. Branson of Topeka, Kansas, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Beverly left this world on February 28, 2025 at the age of 79, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John J. Cole and Bertha M. Cole (Piper); and her siblings, Keith Cole, Rosalee Lunsford, Everett Cole, Georgia Litke and Mary Gilbert.
She is survived by: her children, Cindy Branson (Shaun Johnson) and Mike Branson (Karen Lee); her grandchildren, Austin Branson (JoAnna Hain), Chesney Woodall (Austin Woodall), Mikey Branson and JoAnna Branson; her sister Darlene Ortiz (Benito Ortiz); and her pets, Riley, Fletcher, Teddy and Enzo. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Brennan Mathena Funeral Home (800 SW 6th Ave, Topeka, KS 66603). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Dunlap Cemetery (107 Aa Ave, Council Grove, KS 66846).
Memorial contributions in Bev's honor may be made to Brennan-Mathena Funeral Home to help offset funeral and medical expenses.
