She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Smith and Delila Locke Smith; and her siblings, Clayton Smith, Arlene Hanna and Carol Waters.
She is survived by: her children, Nancy Kellerman (Robert), Lois Freeman, Tom Myers (Kay) and John Myers (Jeanne); and her grandchildren, Jessica Ralston, Sara Peternell, Mike Kellerman, Nick Kellerman, Jill Wiseman, Mandy Hackler, Melissa Lacer, Erin Watkins, Andrea Handshumaker, Joanie Pittenger, John Patrick Myers and Jaimie Landuyt.
