It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Benny Meyer of Topeka, Kansas, who passed away on December 10, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Meyer and Lena Martinson Meyer; and his stepmother Hazel Meyer. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Goodwin; his children, Trudi Slusser (Troy), Jill Meyer and Chris Meyer; his grandchildren, Haley Slusser (Cody Wood), Cole Slusser (Trista Reed) and Reid Meyer (Lauren); his great grandchild Karley Slusser; and his sisters, Marjorie Idol and Ruth Wolf.
Contributions in Benny's memory may be made to the Sunflower State Games/Kansas Senior Games (please put Benny's name on the memo line) or to First Baptist Church (on memo line please put Topeka Badminton Club) and send in care of the funeral home.
