She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester LeRoy and Elsie Nadine Wheeler (Neal); and her in-laws, Edmond Sr., Sharon Richardson, William (Bill) and Freda Watts.
She is survived by: her daughters, Tonja Williams of Topeka, Amy Richardson of Topeka, Kandace Richardson of Topeka and Jenniffer Richardson of Topeka; her siblings, Wayne Wheeler (Sue) of Circleville, Kenneth Wheeler of Westmoreland and Rebecca Milne (Steve) of Wetmore; and her brothers-in-law, Timothy Watts (Roxanne) of Colby, Michael Richardson and Daniel Richardson. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
