He was predeceased by: his parents, Victoriano Mendoza and Rosa Mendoza (Guerrero); and his siblings, Theresa Ortiz and Arthur Mendoza. He is survived by: his children, Barbara "Barb" Myers of Topeka, Robert Mendoza of Arizona, Larry Mendoza (Rosemary) of Arizona, Caroline Thompson (Jim) of Arizona, Anthony "Tony" Mendoza of Arizona and Diana Martucci (Frank) of Ohio; and his siblings, Juanita "Jennie" Barron (Alfred), Evelia "Valie" Rojas (Tony) and Rodolfo "Rudy" Mendoza. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren.
